Our kitchen has always been the centre of our concept and was always at the front of design meetings from day one. At the centre of the kitchen, and taking pride of place, is our top of the range Athanor island suite. This is a bespoke island cooking suite, built in France and transported over in one huge shipment weighing in at some 650kg!!. Surrounding the suite are a host of culinary gadgets which allow us to deliver some of the best and most forward-thinking cooking that the island has ever seen.
