Our menus include locally sourced fresh seasonal produce, all matched by our wine buyer with carefully selected wines and designed to immerse you in a world driven by taste, technique and flavour. Wine Down Wednesday’s

Every Wednesday night, customers are welcome to bring their own bottles of wine and have free corkage. If you choose a wine from our Wine List*, we will offer 20% off bottled wine from our wine list.

*T&C’s excluding our house wines and corkage a maximum of x1 750ml bottle between x2 guests.

Our corkage is usually £30 per bottle.

Offering up to 80 covers seated, our restaurant also has a balcony overlooking the bay, a separate terrace and two glazed areas offering stunning, far-reaching views. Our flexible range of dining options mean that whether you’d like a romantic setting for two or a Canape / Buffet style party for up to 150 guests standing, we’re able to meet your needs. Our kitchen is the heart of the restaurant. It’s the pride and joy of our creative team and has been uniquely designed to ensure that all of our food is prepared to the highest standards.

At the centre of our kitchen is our top of the range Athanor island cooking suite. Sourced from France, the cooking suite is surrounded by a host of culinary gadgets which allow us to deliver some of the best and most forward-thinking cooking that Guernsey has ever seen.
